The OEA AGM is on Nov 4, 2023!
The OEA is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, November 4, 2023
You can attend in person in Room 107 at the Enercare Centre or virtually via Zoom (details to follow).
In-person and virtual registration starts at noon, with the AGM starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by Year End Awards. Join us for snacks and a meet and greet with your fellow members and the OEA’s Board of Directors, or submit your questions by November 1, 2023, to president@ontarioeventing.
Unable to attend? The OEA will arrange for the pickup and drop off of trophies and awards at later dates (details to be determined).
Admission to the AGM is free, with access to Room 107 from the Galleria at the Enercare Centre. Admission to the Royal is not included with the AGM.
