Coaching Resources for EC Licensing
The OEA would like to support our members in their pursuit of EC Licencing and have partnered with OE to help promote the resources and tools available to help coaches navigate the process and offer a direct link to OE to help answer any outstanding questions.
Resources
Helen Richardson, Manager, Community Development for Ontario Equestrian has developed the following suite of resources for the Equestrian community.
– OE Power Point presentation: Coaching at EC Competitions 2024/2025, February 24, 2024
– Coaching Handbook and Resources (C.H.A.R.) This is a free online platform walking coaches, step by step, through the certification process – completing the process either online by video or in person.

Webinars
We have scheduled two webinars for OEA coaches who would like to ‘talk’ to Helen about the licensing process. Helen will begin each call with a presentation and then take questions from participants. The webinars are scheduled to occur on Wednesday, April 3 and on Sunday May 5, both at 7:00 pm.
