2023 AGM Presentaion
The OEA is holding a hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 4, 2023. You can attend in-person in Room 107 at the Enercare Centre or virtually via Zoom (details to follow).
In-person registration starts at 12:00 p.m. with the AGM starting at 1:00 p.m. (note the time change).

You will receive a confirmation and participation instructions and you can submit your questions.
Join us in-person early for snacks and a meet and greet with your fellow members and the OEA’s Board of Directors, or submit your questions by November 3, 2023 to president@ontarioeventing.ca
Year-end awards will be announced immediately after the AGM with trophies and ribbons available for pick up until 4:00 p.m. on November 4, 2023, in Room 107 at the Enercare Centre. If you are unable to attend in-person on November 4, 2023, the OEA will be making arrangements for pick up and drop off of trophies and awards at later dates to be determined.
Admission to the AGM is free with access to Room 107 from the Galleria at the Enercare Centre. Admission to the Royal is not included with the AGM.

All nominations must be submitted by October 23, 2023 at 11:00 p.m. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
