On behalf of the Equestrian Canada and the EC Eventing Committee – Officials Work Group please note the two Education courses being offered in 2023 for Eventing Officials.
The first course to be held in 2023 is Eventing Officials Course for Technical Delegates and Judges , June17-18, 2023 held in conjunction with the Petit Bromont Horse Trials in Bromont Quebec.
We are very fortunate to have Mr. Wayne Quarles, USA a very experienced FEI Technical Delegate ,Judge and Steward to lead the course.
The course will include both classroom and on site practical sessions.
The second course is the Eventing Course Design course – which will be held at Glenarden Farms, Fergus Ontario July 31- August 1, 2023
This course will be led Jay Hambly, Canada – FEI Level 3 Course Designer. Jay is the founder of the EC Eventing Course Design program in Canada.
The course will include both classroom and on site practical sessions.
For those individuals wishing to maintain their officials status or for promotion – course attendance is an essential component. The courses also provide valuable information to anyone wishing to increase their knowledge of the sport or who are thinking about applying for official’s accreditation.
