OEA BANQUET & AGM 2019
We are counting down the days until our 2019 festivities!
The OEA’s annual banquet & AGM will take place at the Nottawasaga Resort on Saturday 16th November
Pre-AGM Seminars, starting at 2:30pm
We have seminars available for our members and organizers prior to the AGM at the Nottawasaga Inn. No need to buy a banquet ticket to attend, these sessions are free of charge
2:30 –3:00: How to Prevent Barn Fires with Halton Hills Firefighter Riley McGilloway
3:00 – 3:30: Eponaquest (with Carmen Theobold)
3:30 – 4:00: Social Media & Marketing in the Digital Horsey World (with Charlotte Hodgson)
4:00 – 4:30:EC, OE & OEA – Understanding your Organizations
4:30 – 5:00: YR_U25 Presentation
AGM starts at 6pm, admission is free!
Banquet Tickets are almost sold out – $55
- In an effort to control costs there will not be wine included on each table, however, wine will be available at the Bar
- Tables seat 10 – if you wish to reserve a whole table, all 10 seats must be paid for
TICKETS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE
THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS PURCHASED AT THE DOOR

Once you have given the names in your party to Deb, you have 2 choices:
- An e-transfer is required to the OEA account. Please use email address finances@ontarioeventing.ca, once you have confirmed your guests/seating with Deb Welna, she will give you the security password to use with your etransfer;
OR
- By mail (please make cheques payable to OEA and send to) 23 Deer Lane, R.R. 3 Everett, ON L0M 1J0
