The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Ontario Eventing Association “OEA” will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at 6:00p.m. at the Nottawasaga Inn & Resort, 6015 Highway 89, Alliston, Ontario, for the following purposes: 1. To approve the Minutes of the last meeting of the members held on November 17, 2018; 2. To receive the report of the Board of Directors on the affairs of the OEA for the past year and the financial statements of the OEA for the financial year ended October 31, 2019; 3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting; 4. To elect Directors of the OEA to fill vacancies; 5. Proxies will be accepted only using an approved Proxy Ballot. It must be filled out properly, signed, and submitted according to the instructions on the Proxy. Please contact the OEA for more information and to obtain a the Proxy Ballot.
